I have a single medusa and it's my favorite piercing :3 I use a 8 mm bioflex labret and it doesn't touch my teeth or gum, but it does push in my lip a little bit on the inside - it doesn't hurt or anything, it just leaves a small mark. If I switch to a 10 mm it becomes waay to long for me. I do it on occasion, when my lip is a little bit more sensitive. Also, the double medusa looks really good on you!

Thanks! I might do just that 😁 I think they all leave a mark on the inside of the lip since the skin is so thin and soft there. I'll probably stretch my bottom medusa a little bit because I have my eye on a really pretty piece of jewellery 👀 so I might have to keep the long labrets for a while longer :

I love it!! I have dahlia and a lower lip (labret?) Piercing and I always had problems with the flat back digging into my gums until I switched to a short barbell and put plastic balls on the inside. I also always brush my mouth piercings after brushing my teeth to keep the balls clean. No one ever told me to do that until me mum became a piercer 🤣🤣

Your voice sounds really good over the new mic, I did notice a buzzing sound in the background but its not terrible. its probably just a setting that needs adjusted. And yasss the piercings look great!

I have 11 piercings, I just got my medusa today an it’s my most pain full piercing 8/10. I have a high pain tolerance but it hurt. Idk how u got two girl. Props to u😂😂 looks cute asf an I love mine. Recommend !!

Girl 2 days and it didn't bug you after that!? I had a rough healing experience, my lip was sooo swollen and tender for like 2 1/2 weeks! I also had a bump on mine like that and I didn't contact my piercer because he wasnt awesome and I shouldn't have gone to him in the first place BUT my bubble popped and so much thick puss came out.. I dont know what I did wrong but that happened to me:( it's all good now tho I love this piercing and would do it all again!❤

When the lips swell do you know if the piercing is suppose to touch your inside teeth or not. Because I recently got mine done and it’s in the swelling process, FYI, but i don’t feel the laberet In side? If that makes sense?

I felt mine touching my teeth and gums yes. It depends on the size of your lip, I had to have a pretty long bar because my lip is thick, maybe if you don't need a bar that long you won't feel it. Just make sure the jewelry is not getting all inside your lip when healing 😬

Fiz a minha medusa sem anestesia e foi o piercing mais horrível que fiz também, em termos de dor. Na altura teve de furar duas vezes, mas no mesmo sitio, por isso I understand u!

Acho que nunca fiz piercing com anestesia 😛 furar no mesmo sitio é que me parece péssima ideia 😩😩 quando furei o septum ficou torto e a piercer tb queria furar em cima outra vez, mas direito - I was like 'nope!'

My tongue piercing was pretty pain free and healed very quickly. The only thing I struggled to eat was spaghetti it got wrapped around my piercing. It did make my gums receded where my piercing rubbed. I took it out then but your gums never grow back. It was my most painless but has left lasting damage so I wouldn't recommend it 😞

I've heard that unfortunately for tongue piercings there's no way for it not to hit on your gums 🙁 I'll be sad if I have to remove me medusas eventually but we'll see

@@JoanaShino just keep watching it first sign it's doing damage take them out 😞😞😞😞 I hated getting rid of m in me and left it way too long. my dentist tells me I might lose 2 of my teeth eventually from the damage I have already done 😞😞😞😞😞😞 I really loved ihe piercing I wanted it for ages before I got it broke my heart to take it out.

Joana Shino get a bioplast bar!! it helps from damage to the gums and teeth! very comfy too , more flexible in case you accidentally bite it, i won’t damage your teeth that way either. 10/10 recommend
