You use full foot motion for slow tempos or just heel up?

I use the full foot motion but the Heel up is ok for the Slow tempo.

@@SimoneArcOndAPiras if you want to be able to play hi speeds with SWIVEl technique you have to practice slow ankle motion , full foot motion or heel up ? George KOLLIAS from nile the SWIVEl founder , talks about swivell and he said swivell is an ankle motion and isn't full foot motion because you can have knees problem in the future, and this is a true... Can you tall me some tips and what do you think about it ,, big fan from Greece 🥁💨🤟🏻🇬🇷
