My mother was murdered in 2019 and ever since then I feel the same exact way the twins feel when it comes to anxiety. Everyday I think about death specially at night time and sometimes sitting awake in the dark will cause me to go into a panic attack where I feel like I can’t breathe 😩 I am seeing a therapist now which has helped me a lot but anxiety can really disrupt daily life😞 it sucks.
