You should do a "free items" build for the memes. Running like the shovel, gem box, gift box, etc. ideally as much of the generate an item when you enter the shop items as possible.

Basically, with this build, you only need to focus on the attack speed of the weapon, not necessarily the dragon. Just the faster you hit, the higher your blood draw rate

Daggers go nice with the ruby chonk since the chonk has a chance to stun. I just did a run with 2 ruby chonks and 2 poison daggers. And he poison snake as class item
