There is no pictures section, there is a screenshots and art, but no guide in there. Your location only has deadly shroud, and yes I've upgraded to lvl6. -edit- got it cave is south and lower than the altar, and no need to get fancy, place the alter in the cave, punch thru rubble done

I mostly farm for runes. Off the southwest corner of the Nomad Highlands spawn tower, there is a shorter pillar with a gold chest on top that drops level 18 gear. I just hit that a bunch, then salvage everything for runes. Takes like 30 seconds per run.

There are 7 in that area.. Can build about 4 altars and some are close enough to run back and forth. Technically, there's 11.. but the others involve a bit more work. Silver chests can also drop legendary, just a lower drop chance. In that bottom right corner, though.. there are a total of 5 Gold and 6 silver. Three of which can be accessed by the furthest SE Sun Temple. Build an Altar on any of the mountains surrounding it and fly into the top. There's a Silver at the top, a Silver midway, A gold with the Ghost Glider, and a Gold and Silver Sarcophagus (the silver only drops bombs) in the bottom with 4 enemies. If you put your Altar on the hill to the West of the Temple, you can also drop down just Southwest of it, and there's a ledge with a ladder going down into/coming up out of the Shroud. Is a gold chest sitting there that respawns with a pile of bones. Another is at an encampment to the west. Once you cleared the boss, you can place an Altar and fast travel. Two more - One is by the "foot" of the dragon skeleton. Just sitting there. Can also take the road NW from said skeleton all the way to the NW and there's another just laying there next to an old broken down building. Can also place an Altar at each of these locations. There's also two easy ones to get to from Spire Fast travel points. Nomad Highlands, it's sitting on top of one of the smaller towers below to the SouthWest. Kindlewaste, you go East and slightly South, and there is a small tree "oasis" in the sand with a chest sitting in the middle. Can fly to it with even the beginner glider. With 5 Altars.. you can Fast Travel and pick up 9/11 in less than a few minutes

If you do "The Grim" on the hill to your left. Then you glide into the shroud. There's a shroud root legendary gold chest with the green sprouts. It drops instant legendary every time. I've farmed basically every legendary with 80 resets. Just out run the enemies and reset.

The cave from the second spot is also probably the best iron ore mining spot in the game. There is also some copper in there. Also, if you do not build your altar into the wall, but into the other direction, towards the cave, you can farm the chest and then also run over to a regular chest and 2 piles of lootable trash behind it. You get stuff like potions, spells, arrows, bombs, scrolls, lapis, iron ore, sulfur, black powder and other medium-valuable stuff that way. There is also a resin container standing next to that chest and if you run a few steps further towards the cave entrance, you can farm glowing mushrooms there. So just by doing regular chest farming, I also stocked up on all sorts of other valuable stuff that way. Another piece of advise: The Sun Temple in the south-east of the map is a great spot for farming scrap metal. Most of the vases and urns in that temple drop scrap metal when you smash them. I usually get around 100 scrap metal out of looting the whole temple + a bunch of other stuff, like sparks or leather. That way you can get all the lockpicks you need for farming that chest in the north-eastern cave. I always do 50 chest runs, then drop off all the loot at my home base, then go raid the Sun Temple, make lockpicks and go back to the cave. Got a lot of good stuff that way, just the "Ring of the Ancients" I am looking for has eluded me so far, even though I have opened that chest near 1000 times now, I think.

_The 2nd Farm spot you feature is actually the only grind you need._ *I have level 10 character with max level gear, and max level legendary.* This is a challenge. Reach that spot with the lowest level possible, while doing the least amount of quests.

an awsome farm and the fastest i found is a gold ornamented chest with max lvl drops if u look at the map and the highland spire and go aaaaall the way down south there is a mountain outside the shroud its easy to reach from the low meadows spire very early on by gliding east and slightly south the chest is located at the north of this mountain right next to the shroud there is a house ruin and a dead tree under wich the chest is standing this is the one i farm but there is also a flame altar and suntemple more west with a gold chest and more south of the ornamented is another gold chest

ive been farming the one in the hidden cave for roughly a week now and its by far the best straight weapon farm. Although it only drops lvl 23 gear. That larger cave is also the best iron ore farm hands down.

disagree for iron..the spiral cave has 3 large iron deposits with and furthest point north is the large cave that has 4 -5 large iron deposits within. Both are located near east lapis and one has no enemies the other a couple bugs.

south east of the smothering pit you have a spot for lvl 25 chest you can put a flame ad an ancher and get to it in 2sec from spawn fastest one i've had so far​

Fyi all you have to do to farm the one in the cave behind the rubble is clear the rubble and set an alter by the big wooden walls just outside the cave where the chest is, easier

I think the 'glitched' weapon that shows level 35 is because when the full game is released, the level cap will be upwards of 40-50. I can't imagine they release early access, and allow the player to reach max level with only half the map explorable. Which I'm game for. Bring on the level grind give me those OP weapons lol

You enter through the the cave in the Vukah camp, when you get near the spot he shows, you'll need to dig out a rubble filled tunnel.

Totally NOT true, got both from other legendary chest way outside shroud. Certain chests may and DO have various loot tables, but this is NOT related to shroud or not shroud

you have the golden chest nerly midel down sun tempel, so you can geat sun tempel + golden chest and re set very fast :D + you geat ton of Desert Temple block's in the sun tempel, i godt like 15k block under 30 min XD

I just did it today. It's officially the ONLY farm location you will ever do. I experimented with a lvl 10 character, and only Fire level 2. *Possible to do it earlier.* Someone needs to make a video about it.

In Brittlebush theres also 2 Gold chests on top of 2 of the buildings right next to each other I think in the northern part of town you can farm, they dropped the Gloom Monarch set pretty consistently for me

best place for gloom armour drops in in the underground crypt(the gold casket) in the desert biome, the only one that is nearly totally buried and you have to dig down to the enetrance. Its located right near the largest arch structure near bounty farm.

The problem is that many people, including me, have a problem with a very long exit from the game to the main menu, which sometimes takes up to several minutes or even takes forever to load. The save is probably to blame, as it loads quickly on a new character. So this restart method is not optimal.

Is it me or is the crafted just better. Crafted chest for melee has +240 health and no negative stats like a lot of the loot stuff. Not sure I can be bothered farming , stuffs ok at level 25 for weapons but not for armor

Since there is no set bonus you can mix and match different prices to fit your play style and health/Stam needs. Best part about the game is just play it however you so desire.

Need atleast a max level alter to get to these locations. Level doesn't matter but you won't get here until atleast 20-23 area.

lol I haven't upgraded my altar but was able to go to sun temple and get the divine glider. Yeah unlike Palworld, foundations can float. 40x40x40 towering to the red deadly shroud then disabling my altar and putting it back where the edge of the recent one is, rince and repeat. You will require at least minimum of 2000 stones and a lot of patience. Took me at least 3hrs from the beginning to go from the beginning area to sun temple at south east of the map where I believe you have to be altar level 6 to even survive the clouds but hey, I'm like trying to figure out how broken the building is. It turns out, you can build pretty much everywhere as long as you know your altar well and that it only resets each reloads.

@@seethrew Nope, I did 2nd farm location with character level 10, and fire lvl 2. Possible to do MUCH EARLIER. If I knew that location earlier, I would have went there on a much lower level. It seem to have every item on the loot table. Chest ONLY drop purple and legendary making it the best spot for a new character to farm.

This might seem like a good idea, but in reality all you are doing is removing what little end game content this game currently has to offer. If you just farm chests to get good gear in an hour or two, the incentive to explore for chests and gear is gone, and sadly the game only has that as end game.
