Hello, I am just starting out with web design, I started about a week and a half ago and I am working with two clients. What website builder would you recommend for a beginner web designer with the goal of selling websites to clients?

There are a lot of really good options. My son is starting his web agency right now and I hooked him up with Beaver Builder on WordPress. I think that's the best path forward because of how stable and fast Beaver Builder is. It's also not bogged down with a million features. You have everything you need to make awesome websites - especially for local businesses - without all the fuss and distractions that come with more "feature rich" WordPress page builders like Elementor or Divi. Those are great WordPress page builders too, I just prefer Beaver Builder. You really can't go wrong with any of the major WordPress page builders.

@josiahhilmers2315 I'm hosting all our sites over on SiteGround using their Managed WordPress Hosting package. You could start out with their Grow Big package which hosts unlimited sites - but it's not really unlimited because you're limited by disk space and stuff. It's hard to get clients when the focus is on "selling websites." We're in an era now where a lot of business owners aren't thinking about how much they are missing out on in terms of their lead generation, nurturing, and client acquisition by trying to do everything over social media. It's both a blessing and a curse. The blessing is, that there is SO MUCH we can do to help our clients in a massive way (as demonstrated in this video). The curse is, that you have to overcome the initial mindset that most business owners have about websites. The web designers who make the shift are crushing it right now. The ones who don't are really struggling.

@josiahhilmers2315 I generally work with health and wellness businesses that offer self-directed services (things that do not require a doctor's referral). For example, concierge medicine, functional medicine, chiropractors, massage therapy, naturopathy, etc. I like this niche because I like setting up leads magnets and email nurturing sequences for these clients. It's such a huge win compared to just having a website that just says "call now."
