To be fair, supposedly the reason Marvel killed him off in the first place is because he (the actor, Aaron Taylor-Johnson) didn't want to be "stuck" in a multi-picture contract at that time in his career. So the whole reason he hasn't been brought back is due to HIMSELF. Even looking back at interviews of the promotional tour for _Age of Ultron,_ he never seemed particularly excited to be there and always appeared lackluster most of the time. To be honest I'd rather have a Quicksilver who WANTS to be Quicksilver and is excited to play him. Evan Peters' Quicksilver is AWESOME.

I have a strong feeling this movie won't do very well. It has been almost 3 years since black widow died. Her character storyline is done now, which means that automatically there are a lot less investment in seeing a prequel story for her character since we all know where she will end up. We saw this with the Solo movie. Adding to this that the constant release pushback for over a year due to covid has also most likely contributed to lost interested among fans. To top it all off it is locked behind the 30 dollar paywall on Disney+ which historical has been really unpopular and the movies have done poorly because of it. Those movies has also had a history of mostly being not very good or at least "meh" in quality. This movie should have been made earlier and come out before endgame, that way it would have added to the weight of Natasha's death.

When Martin said this feels like a Phase 1 movie, that because this movie should have come out during Phase 1, not sure why they waited this long. This should have come out after Iron Man 2. But we will def see White Widow in the upcoming Hawkeye Disney+ series.

I saw this movie last night. The biggest problem with Black Widow is there's no set tone for this movie. What is this movie? Is it an Action Adventure film? Is it a comedy? Is it a dark spy thriller? This movie is all over the place. In one scene at the house, they are emotional and crying because of the past. And in the next scene, they're telling silly jokes. WHAT?! Black Widow is at best mediocre. The future of the MCU is not bright at all. I don't blame Scarlett Johansson, nor the other actors. They did the best they could with a crappy screenplay.

I never heard so many influences named for a film like these MCU films. Some films have like one or two influences but the MCU films are like a buffet of influences. Originality anyone.

Black panther and infinity war ooze originality that's why they're the best.
@tellemstevedave55593 жыл бұрын
@@supreme1572 Black Panther is the best MCU movie imo but it's also a standard "young man overcomes a tragic past and rises to become King" story. Infinity War is a maguffin chase film that relies on the standard comedy/drama writing techniques in the MCU.

This movie was really dark to me. It was heart breaking. Without actually showing the torture of children, you really felt it. It had much more impact that just talking about the Black Widow program. Stepping it up to not just be brainwashing but actually controlling their bodies and stripping their free will with drugs had a lot of consent undertones. It was the scariest thing in the MCU to me, cause it parallels real live. It reminds me a lot of Bucky of course, but the scale and the fact the girls were exclusively chosen somehow makes it worse or more personal.

The MCU is the only franchise where you squeeze a lump coal, hollow film and turn it into a diamond. That's 20th century criticism seeping into the 21st century. Hey Korey & Martin, Tony & Ross were not the ones that forced Natasha to go on the run Natasha caused it by dumping all the secrets & data on the net of Hydra & Shield. Thus causing deaths of Shield agents themselves or their families plus she let Steve & Bucky escape by violating her agreement on the Accords so frankly she did this to herself.
