Double Vanilla, what do 2022 A, B, C stand for? A for spring, B for summer, C for autumn and what is for winter??

Hey! The letters coincide to the season and collection as follows: P = Printemps (which means Spring in french) Spring Act 1 (released January to March) S = Summer Spring Act 2 (released March to June) A = Autumn Pre-Fall, Metiers D'Arts Collection (released May to September) B = Fall/Winter Act 1 (released June to October) K = Fall/Winter Act 2 (released August to November) C = Cruise Collection (released November to January) You might also see REV (for revolving) or V - this is for Classic revolving pieces but often even with classic items, they will be marked with the season they were produced in, so even if it’s a classic pair of black and beige espadrilles it could say 22C for example if it was produced in the Cruise collection instead of REV. My black and beige espadrilles say REV on the box. So when it says 22S that means it’s from 2022 Summer Act 2 collection and 20C would be from 2020 Cruise collection which would have been released around November/December 2019. Hope this helps 💗

Yes, I am creating a full video on my experience at Chanel in Paris including stock, wait lines, the best boutiques to visit, and more - I've been to 4 Chanels here so far and stock has been really poor. No mini flaps the days I've tried and the only Classic Flaps available are in the Jumbo and Maxi size. The only size small or medium is in the color black - at all 4 locations (and one location had none at all). This included me seeing all the other customers as well only being shown black CFs. But keep in mind this is only my experience this month, next month or when you go they might have much better stock 🤞🏼

Yes, a few hundred dollars especially when you're purchasing their very expensive pieces like their classic flaps, you get VAT tax back if you have a non EU passport. It's worth purchasing in Paris to save some money in my opinion 💗

Are the prices in the store on the tags inclusive of VAT tax?

No they're not. You pay the price that includes Frances tax and when you make a purchase you have to give your non EU passport to get a VAT refund. They give you a form and when you go to airport/train/etc you'll get the VAT back. Hope this helps

I'm going to start cutting out a lot of the extra bits of me just browsing and walking around. I always assumed people liked to see as much as they could inside a Chanel boutique but personally I rather just see the actual items. The only tough thing is that I don't know if I'll regularly get enough content of just the items as it's very difficult to film inside Chanel as security often tells people to stop filming and I always worry I'll be told to stop filming so I have to be very fast to get as much as I can before security sees me.
