Izaj's point about Hilful Fadhool is a faulty analogy tbh. Because Nationalistic rulers who do not legislate by the Ahkaam of Allah can not enter into contracts with non-Muslim nations that then become binding upon the Ummah. This is because they do not, themselves fulfill the requirements to represent us. I'm not calling for slavery to carried out, or anything like that. Just stating the facts. Also Hilful Fadhool was not a treaty that legislated man made laws, unlike that which we find today that exists in the agreements between Muslim and non Muslim societies. Legislation is for none but Allah and to appose this, by legislating by other that what Allah sent down, is a form of Major Shirk.

The Presentist who’s “annoyed” about our Prophet’s marriage most probably haven’t met petite adult women. I mean I have an (south east asian) aunty who’s barely 5 foot tall & often mistaken as a school girl. She looks forever young ما شاء الله happily married to my uncle, with 3 children. Attractive women comes in many different size & forms. Only the West would dictate ‘attractive’ woman should look certain ways.
