I think the A9 (1st gen) can also do this. 🙂

The Sony A1 auto focus is godlike!!! Great video as well!!

Why was the ISO not listed in the metadata?

Yes! Yes! Yes! I thought, My A1 could do that. Love my big guy.

The was another photographer next to the Sony user but he was using canon. There’s another clip when they go to the front of the podium and you can see clearly the other one used an RF mount camera.

The other famous photo of Trump raising his fist was taken with a Sony A9iii.

@4:30 I feel like there was a golden period where the internet was a source for truth. Google & Amazon did not own most of the servers; we had much more independent hosting...

Thanks for digging around and finding that image data Andrea!

I am surprised that we haven't yet seem the line between photo and video completely disappear, at least for the press and PJs. I suspect that some PJs use video mode exclusively, and extract frames later. This will be the next evolution in photography IMHO.
@mostlyfinnishlifeeventsand5112Ай бұрын
Not only PJs but ordinary people too. For example on the Lumix S5 II I shoot almost everything in 6K Open Gate (24 Mpixel) with a high shutter speed to avoid motion blur to support later framegrabbing. The framegrabs are of excellent quality and are far better than anything an ordinary smartphone (NOT using computational RAWs) can produce.

@@mostlyfinnishlifeeventsand5112 Ah, so you have already understood this. A lot of people see this great technology, and don't use it. What a waste!

Why was a guy shooting at 1/8000 of a second for stationary people
@JaredDoyle76Ай бұрын
Because it was at f/1.6 in broad daylight.

Did that answer your question adequately? He was a total pro. He had an excellent camera. He was insanely lucky. Welcome to reality 😀

The bullet of the alleged weapon used go at about 990 m/s. In video, at 30 fps, the bullet would travel 33 m in a single frame, and at 120 fps, 8.25 m. For pictures, assuming the trail of the bullet in the picture is about 40 cm, the shutter speed would have to be about 1/2475th of a second.
@cbflazaroАй бұрын
the shutter was 1/8000 which would imply 4km/s
