@@michellehervieu1287 I know what you mean. So if you buy the tab, very affordable, is actually the "break 4" and the melodic part is break 5. So buy the tab!

Doug put out a book called "The Classic Douglas Dillard Songbook of 5 String Banjo Tablatures". It has most of his classics including Doug's Tune, but that tab doesn't include the "up the neck melodic" variation Jim is showing here.
