Great information! A balanced eating plan can help you achieve your weight loss goals. Personally, I stay away from the “fat-burning” supplements on the market which are unsafe and ineffective. I follow the Mediterranean diet, which is high in fiber, rich in healthy fats and low in unsaturated fat. It’s also good for heart health and cancer risk reduction. Currently I'm eating 60% calories from fat, 30% protein and 10% carbs. Impossible to be totally accurate but its the " trend" of my calories percentage. Quite lean but could be just because overall calorie verses energy expenditures is less. I do find carbs make me look less lean. Its been a month of this, so far so good but will work on upping my calories

@@angeljackson9507 try the appetite diet.... WHATEVER satiates your appetite is what you eat. i got skinny drinking iced coffee after working out and for dinner i'd have a burger..

Well I'm on mostly protein, little fat and carbs. Goal weight protein because of the 100 calories per scoop. Training hard still. Hopefully the belly will go down soon.
