Great interview. It was very knowledgeable. I remember losing. Weight fast and thought I did something, when in reality I just looked skinny lol. But anyway I just recently shared my journey on my page by going from 16% body fat to 11.9% body fat in just a month.

I listen to Dr.Wayne Dyer everyday! He's a great teacher. I meditate every morning with him. Bob Proctor is another wonderful mentor. Louise Hay and Abraham Hicks are two more who have some life experience to assist in choosing to change your energy ❤
