These doughnuts were amazinggg!!! So fulffy and delicious, especially with cinnamon sugar!! Tipss for those who will make these!! 1.Knead the dough really REALLY WELL set a timer for 10 minutes. 2. Put it in a really warm place cuz if you put it in a cool place it will slow down the proofing (i put mine in the oven. I heated the oven for maybe 2 minutes then turned it off then put the bowl with the dough on the top. You can put it inside the oven i was using a plastic bowl thats why i put it on top dont want melted plastic!!!) 3. Dont fry the doughnuts at a hot hot oil or else they will look burnt but still fluffy my first fry got really brown HAHAHA 4. Measure the flour correctly dont packed it in. Use a spoon and scoop the flour into the measuring cup. 5. Let the dough rest atleast 1 and 1/2 hours i find it the right time for me but also depends on the temperature of your kitchen. I hope you find these tips helpful! If you have any questions you can ask =) Edit: Hi!! I made this again today and I have some new tips! 1. you can substitute Oil for Butter. I tried it today it taste just as good. 2. you can put the dough on the top of the fridge if you can't find a warm place for your dough to rise. Mine was ready after 1 hour but it also depends on the temperature of your home. 3. for the milk I used 1/2 cup and it's the right amount of liquid for me. 4. I forgot to mention this but when I knead the dough I DON'T put extra flour on the surface, the dough doesnt stick to the surface at all! but it also depends on the humidity in the air how old your flour is. 5. for the second proofing i recommend proofing for about 30 to 40 minutes it will be extra fluffy and of course it also depends on the temp. of your kitchen. 6. The correct measurement of the flour is 2 CUPS NOT 1 1/4 CUP!!!! 7.THIS RECIPE IS REALLY GREAT!! =) Have a nice day!! =)

Ok so if you didn’t see the description box (like me) and your dough is really sticky. What you can do to help it is by adding a “little” bit of flour at a time until you see the right consistency. I did that and it turned out great.

I've tried to make donuts twice with different recipes. The first one got kinda burnt and was so hard (i didn't use yeast) and the second one was okay but it was also hard. This is my third time doing it with your recipe and i hope i made it right. The dough is always less smoother than in tutorials. Anyway, i will update y'all when i make my donut.

I tried this recipe a week ago for the first time and omg they were sooooo delicious!!! 😍 However me being a dummy I thought I could leave the spare dough in the fridge overnight so I can make another batch the next day but they turned out tasting incredibly yeasty and inedible! putting any type of dough in the freezer keeps the dough the same it was before. Just let it thaw out. good as new

This recipe is amazing i used dis recipe. And i turned out so gooood. I put hot milk instead of warm and the dough kinda turned out hard to shape but it was so fluffy not that super fluffy but just right. Thanks for sharing

Yes. Activate it first. Warm the milk(not hotel) mentioned in the video. Add 1 teaspoon sugar and 1 teaspoon yeast. Wait for 10 minutes and knead the dough using this.

Yes, that's a mistake from me..I used 300g , that is 2 cups. Not able to edit the video, that's why I requested to follow the instructions in description box.

You might be baking more. Bake 3-5 minutes less and see.
