Yes, it is Not Allowed in other countries. In Cyprus only native Greek Cypriots can be voted into gov. Also if you are foreigner and get residence or passport you are still not a greek Cypriot and never can be unless your parents or grandparents were GC. These foreigners are not Scottish, English, Irish or Welsh BC that is ethnicity. Even if born in UK they can only ever be 'british' foreign nationals.
