Question, I just bought a 4 beam laser. But what is the point of the 2nd horizontal beam, as you can't adjust the distance between the two, it's set at the distance on machine, am I missing something here?

This is a great question. You may have a project where you need to lay two parallel lines for trim, paint, etc. while you can’t adjust the beams on the device, you can adjust them by moving the level closer or farther from the wall/surface. I hope this helps. 👍🏼👍🏼
