Dear Sir! while comparing the concept of Dower under Sunni Law with that of the Shias', you said that if the mode of payment hasn't been specified, only a reasonable amount is to be deemed as prompt while the rest will be taken as deferred.. In contrast to this, Section 10 of MFLO, 1961, says that the entire amount shall be payable on demand i.e. it is going to be prompt dower in such a scenario. Kindly if you can clarify this confusion.
