Down at the Barn with Rick - Kentucky Rabbit Hunting 2022-2023

I have several clips here of hounds running, some rabbit footage and tailgate pictures of our rabbit hunts during the 2022 - 2023 rabbit season in Kentucky. Will and I hunt with a 5-dog pack consisting of Katie, Balu, and Jessie along with Jipp and Jap. Tried to just upload hounds on a rabbit, there are a few kills, and we hunt mainly 3 different farms and occasionally will hunt down on the river in Beech Grove. This isn't like some of the pictures you see on Facebook with tailgates loaded with 30 - 45 rabbits in one hunt. It's about two old guys who love to listen to the hounds run, missing more shots than we hit and enjoying time together in the outdoors. We love to run dogs and are good with just 1 to 2 kills a hunt. Rabbit population is down where we hunt so my guess is the coyotes and red tail hawks have their way with them.
