German person here. I live in the region , where Hugo Boss company is located. This company only produced uniforms, but not designed them. There had been up to 1970s a lot of mostly small textile companies in this region, very few still exist.

can anyone tell me what kind of cases those were (the ones that had the nice displays of eg NSFK dagger, RAD leader dagger etc). They are wooden, with brass fittings and glass and what looks like felt on memory foam? I've tried to make these myself using the foam and some fabric but these ones look 100% manufactured this way... anyone know where to source cases like this? thanks!
