Time for a tumbler of "Old Barn Owl" bourbon. Here is an idea - have a casket open in the back ground and a guy like the Nosferatu come out and leave - "Hey that is my new tenant - he only comes out at night" you explain.

What a fantastic show! Great items and a lot of laughs. I really am curious on the provenance of that big box.
@fishingtwister5 күн бұрын
With the master carving and 2 plaques with facsimile signatures I don't see that as a fake.
@Inkman335 күн бұрын
Maybe. Just concerned about the amount of “boxes” coming out of Eastern Europe especially items with facsimile signatures. Yes the carving is top notch I will agree on that.

Tom, I am sure this has been asked before, but would like to know what brand of liquor and beverage you use for your drink? My favorite (speaking in past tense) was Black label Jack Daniels with Coca Cola!
@WittmannAntiqueMilitaria6 күн бұрын
Tom drinks something called “Imperial” which is bottom-shelf blended rotgut with Pepsi, the most vile of all cola drinks.

I have a clue as to why the SS Oberscharführer is wearing an officers cap? Because he holds the highest non-commissioned rank within the camp he could be a potential officer candidate or he could be literally waiting to be commissioned after officer training? As we know out of all the formations within the German military in the Second World War the SS were the worst to follow conventional orders when it came to uniform, but I think it is because he is the highest rank in NCO and probably about to be made in officer that he decided to put the cap on for the photo.

The picture is officer in the sd. It is a complete artificially aged fake. Probably with a wet tea bag.

Hello and good morning to Mr Whitman and Rob, for another fantastic show. Absolutely loved the SS box with all the officers names enscribed on it. It's pure n real history for all to see. Just imagine who n when those officers where there. What was said n planned. Got to be one of my favourites on your shows so far. But I know there is going to be more to come with the surprises that turn up for you to open. It must be really buzzing for you to see when the packages are opened by you. All the best from Phillip Colley in the UK.

What a piece! There's around 20 signatures on the plaques and a ton of research potential for those individuals. I'm curious who they are also.

That box, as evil as it its aura may be, is indeed peak item for anyone collecting anything SS. Goes with out saying of course but that REALLY needs to stay in the right hands. Anyone who knew of his horrible crimes would probably want to destroy that item. I would say to you to keep that in your collection. Incredible piece of collection that item is.. Currently watching a video on youtube of his crimes and hanging.. Thank you sir for this video.

Agreed JR! I watched the same erwin rosener documentary after seeing this box. I'm curious who signed those plaques. I see himmler on the bottom of the left plaque...

More than that for who he was and what he did. He was one of the worst SS guys who took pleasure killing inocent woman and children. Infact he often did it himself…that box gives me the creeps!

Gösch means bow of a ship. This small 'Jack' flag was flown from a jackstaff on the bow of a war ship to indicate its nationality.

Part of the reason these videos have never had a script and only the most barebones editing was to keep that interaction intact.
