Ola is not coming back I wish they suffer from what there customers have suffered. Maine Ola S1 Air ₹1,30,000 mein kharida, aur sirf 6 din mein vehicle kharab ho gaya. Main Twitter pe continuous complaint karta raha aur customer care ko call kiya, but no response. Jab maine legal action ki warning di, tab jaake respond kiya. Unhone ek drunk aadmi bheja jo kuch samajhta nahi tha, aur vehicle 20 din tak repair mein raha. Wapas aaya toh handle lock ka issue tha. Phir service center 40 km door bulaya, waha gaye toh parts available nahi the. Phir Twitter pe complaint ki, tab pata chala ki bas ek wire connect karna bhool gaye the. Customer service ne ek bhi call pick nahi kiya, aur service center mein badtameezi se baat ki. Ab main khud hi problems fix karta hoon, kyunki inpe koi bharosa nahi hai.

The problem is you don’t take Dutch design to Indian roads where it’s high temp and pot holes and knee depth water. Like it’s scary how electric gates in India can electrocute pple. We were planning to install automatic electric gate but seeing that and during heavy rains pple use our gate to walk on the foot path we decided best decline it.

New trains to mobile to semi conductors all are imported, you have to understand world works that way only, even products which are called themselves made in India also have some components imported.

This problem was written about a lot in the morning context when they first announced their EV. There was massive attrition and senior employees would speak about how it is impossible to roll out a “decent” product on such short notice. Yet Ola rolled them out. The after sales problems are visible only now.

First of all do not compare ola electric with Zomato because both are totally different sector. Points to consider why ola may shut down or reduce to loss making 1. In automobile market unlike software apps or other there is big risk of human life loss associated so government have lot of laws in place and now ola start getting trapped into it because center government step in for show case notice 2. Trust - unlike downloading any food delivery app or any software app every person always consider many things while buying car or bike and ola losses trust ,so feotm here road is tough 3. Bigger fishes - As HERO,TVS AND BAJAJ are old players with lot of money ,market standing and technology they can easy wipe OLA electric in coming years IN INDIA COMPANIES LIKE FORD ,GM ,FIAT DO NOT GET SECOND CHANCE DUE TO SOME BAD MARKETING SO HOW YOU ARE SURE OLA ELECTRIC WILL REVIVE NOW Before commenting i will ask if i give you chance will you buy ola electric/Ather/VIda /Baja cheteck/Tvs i cube ? My ola s1 x has stopped working. Ola service centers are asking me to buy new bike. This is bad. Whats the point of 8 year warranty. They give features at cheap price but quality is like chor bazaar. Agar naseeb achha hai toh chal gya nahi toh paisa dub gya.. jo mere case me hua. My neighbour bought iqube 3 months back and i asked frequently if he is facing any issue but none. My humble request to ola is if you are selling a product which may or may not work but atleast service center should be responsive and help customers Please dont fall to low price

I bought OLA X1+ in March 2024, But I am regretting I wasted my money, Service center is 65 km from my city, once after raising issue I called them but after that they're not picking my phone. Front and rear Shocker giving crackling sound, many times it becomes dead. Reboot switching not working, many times after start it shows Parked mode and doesn't switch to Eco, Normal mode.

Jyada complex ke chakkar me puri company bandh ho jaye us se to better hai ki simple features dal do, waise bhi price cut to karna hi padega, cause chinise scooters 33k se milna chalu ho gaya hai.

I don't know about everyone but my ola s1 pro bought in 2021 has run over 30000 kms and I have visited the service centre 2-3 times and got good service because of my ola care plus plan. Still it is my daily commute for 50Kms for day.

You build one solid product take feedback from customer then build a better version of it. You dont take something that doesnt work so well and make a cheaper version of it.
