In your video, you talk about maintaining a buffer and moving with the offensive player to maintain the buffer. I was viewing another video about downfield defense that advocated physically blocking the offensive player with your body so that you control where you want them to cut. Is that legal in tournament play? It didn't sound like it was in line with the whole concept of ultimate being a non-contact sport...

One thing my team added to this drill is a cone deep behind the cube in which the cutting happens. If the cutter reaches the deep cone before his defender left the cube then the Defender also lost. That way the defender really has to measure the amount of buffer he can take and not just stand under
