Всё работает! Только что откатил iPad 4 с 10.3.3 на 8.4.1. Если после сброса или отката не удаётся активировать устройство - подключите устройство к 3utools и запустите "Batch activation".

iOS 8 is max iOS 6 can update to so Apple has hosted an iOS 8 upgrade and this guy makes the iPhone think its running iOS 6.1.3 and iOS 9 is just w lot slower than ios 8 and 7

That is impossible the iPhone 4s is so low on iOS 9 and you want it to upgrade further I think you have gone nuts. Even my iPhone 5 can't run anything above IOS 10.3.4
