Thank you, this is somehow the only way I was able to figure out how to get the tile packages the way I wanted them. I saw various other solutions but none of them were actually simple and straight forward.

@@constanzaromerog.3734 Hi Constanza sorry for the late reply. You could download the world in parts, but if you want the entire world to use offline, that would be a ton of tiles (way over 100,000). You could either get imagery from somewhere else. I know that Esri also has the Data Appliance product - probably for bigger organizations and that has a cost too: www.esri.com/en-us/arcgis/products/data-appliance/overview.

Because I need ONE file of the whole world in TPK format so I can upload it offline to a portal , thank you very much for replying!

@@constanzaromerog.3734 Downloading from other places will likely be multiple files as well (multiple TIFFs, etc). For good spatial resolution imagery, the Esri Data Appliance product basically has all of ArcGIS Online's basemaps on a disk (feel free to correct me if this is wrong). This can then be published/used from behind your firewall.
