Yes, please! I would love to see more sheet pan suppers. These are practically lifesavers for me during the week, considering my husband’s and my work schedules. As long as I have recipes for healthy, quick meals (preferably using as few dishes as possible, hence the fabulous sheet pan suppers!! ❤️) I will make them happily!! My husband and I switched over to an anti-inflammatory, whole foods way of eating when I was diagnosed with some severe back issues, and it has helped both of us tremendously!

I made this. Doubled the recipe. My family devoured it. Delicious! I made Greek potatoes (with fresh lemon juice, olive oil, oregano) on the side which was a perfect accompaniment.

Have made this meal a number of times and never disappoints. The chicken is done to perfection and the flavors of the Mediterranean shine thru. We have also made the vegetables without the chicken. You just need to cut back on the time. A great tasting, easy to prepare dinner. Thank you for posting.

I usually just watch you on KZbin but had a moment on my computer today. I also have your cookbook. I just want you to know how much I LOVE all of your videos. I even got my family those beautiful MonBento boxes months ago--so your advertising worked! Hee hee. The Greek Pan Sheet Chicken is a go to. We've also made your Hummus and all of your meal prep recipes. I have four sons and one of my sons loves to cook with me in the kitchen. We are in the middle of building our dream home and I haven't had a "real" kitchen to cook in for more than 2 years. I dream about the day I can be at my island watching you across the room and cooking in the kitchen from so many more of your great recipes. THANK YOU for being out there.

I just made this using Quorn chicken fillets because I'm vegetarian and it was so amazing: that marinade is something else! Thank you so much for this video, it fits in with my low carb low cholesterol diet and is a game changer for me. To anyone reading this, don't sniff the marinade before it goes in the oven because the Dijon goes up your nose and makes you cough 😂

I love the fact that you marinade in a glass bowl and not in a single use zip lock bag like most of the inconsiderate "chefs" on KZbin. Good on ya. Looks very tasty. This recipe should also work as a one pot rice dish with these flavours.
