I spent the entire Sunday afternoon prepping all of this. It was A LOT of work..BUT during the week it made it super easy! I'm grateful because today is Wednesday and I'm not bored with the options. One thing was the crackers were a bit difficult to make and wasn't crazy about the end results, but everything else was great. M fav is the spirialized sweet potatoes with aoili sauce. Delish!

I'm no stranger to the world of meal prepping - both my husband and I will spend an entire Sunday cooking. You've reminded me of the benefit to prepping even ingredients, such as chopped onion in a container on hand, I've been cooking since I was a small child and never thought of that (duh) so thank you!

It is frustrating to have a recipe for something that you would like to cook or try because you have the ingredients and want to use them up...but you don't a clue on how you should use the food if you decide to make it. I love your balanced approach to eating. I’m 65 and Italian. We eat a lot of varied food but I do realise times have changed and even though my husband and I still eat traditionally, this is something I think the younger generation would like better. I don’t think being extreme in anything is good. Love your candied peel which I make for baking. Great idea using it as a sweet snack. How long will most of you cooked food prep last in the fridge? I cook every day, sometimes having leftovers. I like the idea of not freezing food. I would like this for my daughter. Please make more meal prepping videos! I love watching you and despite my age, I’m learning! :)

Most cooked food will normally last about 5 days in the fridge, with some being able to store in the freezer after!

Beautiful presentation! I’d love to know what your technique is for cooking your eggs so perfectly in your all clad pan. I can never get mine to slide off like that.

I use bacon grease (avocado oil works well though too) and just cook them low and slow. Most cook their eggs at too high a temp. :)
