I found the secret to the easiest way to peel hb eggs. I boil the eggs for 12 mins, then ice water bath for five mins. Here’s the secret. Take a small glass jar (like mustard or jam jar). Place one egg in jar, screw on lid. Shake 16 times, up and down (each down equals one time). The peel practically (or literally in some cases) falls off. Repeat with each egg (don’t try to put more than one egg at a time, even for a larger jar). Rinse and dry the eggs.

It's hard to change, snd egg salad is so good, but had to let go of eggs. Dr said I'd die by 40 if I didn't change things. I am 84 now. Glad I changed.
