hitssquad You know, that is a really good question, but pulling off foreign soil may be a great start. Another thing that may help would be more accountability of spending. In the real world we try to do more with less to increase profitability, but this is not how the government in general operates. They are given a budget, if the funds are not completely used that money is cut for the next year. So to keep getting the same allotment the entire budget is consumed in hope for the same or more money next year.

defense, however wasteful and corrupt it may be, is a legitimate part of government, it could be appropriate to reduce some kinds of spending on the military , but the EPA is not any part of legitimate government , it is socialist, it must be closed, fascism is wrong.

in the 90's when people were getting serious about h2 ice (hydrogen powered cars) the EPA mandated they have the same catalytic converter used to reduce (very slightly) the emissions from gasoline engines, seriously . a zero emissions fuel, can't be used without buying a CC ,,,,,

btw The program the gave Solyndria the loan is highly successful it has around 97% success rate. You should also take a look at how fossil fuel production and consumption violates the property rights. That is THE BIGGEST subsidy ever.
