She was also diagnosed with it at the end of film number 2, she was feeling Ill and had been for a while when they were away in France. Her and Robert were both concerned it could be cancer. I watched it a couple of weeks ago and commented that both had been diagnosed with the same condition

Ill likely enjoy the movie but i always looked forward to the Crawley family being forced to make real changes with the times. Their lifestyle was just not sustainable.
