Thank you I was to tired to do more than just eat haha. The street food is good in Cairo and if you visit Cairo or are in Cairo I recommend giving Ahmad a visit, you'll find him outside "New Palace Hotel" in downtown, his a cool guy with good food.

The guy was such a funny guy and honest.. you are a great man too Tom I’m liking you’re videos!! :) This guy is basically selling head lamb meat, tongue, stomach, eyeballs, etc with the soup that does with it .. they call it poor people meat in Egypt, but even those who have money like to eat such parts and buy it directly from the butcher! This food is different edible parts of sheep/goat thing, from the head like facial meat, brain, tongue, neck and goat internal parts like stomach, lung, and spleen. And goat guts stuffed with rice. But it's a certain kind of food that not all Egyptians like to eat, only certain people like this stuff.
