Quick tip!! Use yur dishwasher as yur dish rack, this way u have more counter space.

Thank you! I pretty much bought everything out here (5% tax) and only shipped my items in the car and in suitcases on the plane!

Hi how is the car insurance pricing in calgary, how much do you pay really excited for your (car shipment video) it’s really expensive here in ontario and I wanna get out ASAP

Hi it depends where you live (goes by postal code) but I found my car insurance go up since living in Ontario but I was from a smaller town so it was cheaper. The sales taxes are cheaper here also! 5%. ☺️ thanks for watching!

I’m honestly not 100% sure about the renting requirements, I believe a lot of the new immigrants that come here usually rent a room/basement and get Canadian credit history. But you can check with different places/buildings to find out what they offer :) employment is a huge thing also. So make sure you are able to get a full time position to put on your application! Hope this helps ❤️

Thank you for this tour in your apartment. I am about to come to Calgary in the next few months. Could you give me a quick response to these questions? 1- Where are located most of businesses in Calgary? 2- As a new comer, shall I live in downtown? (I'll have no car in the beginning lol) 3-What are the best areas to look for when renting? I mean neighborhoods (affordable ones if you know the names) 4-Can you give me some websites for renting? Do you think that I can rent from outside Canada online before coming? Thank you.

Hi thanks for watching! I would say that most of the businesses in Calgary are located downtown. For the industrial side it would be in the SE area of Calgary. I would recommend living downtown if you don’t have a car because the transit within downtown is free also there is everything you pretty much need located here. I would say the North east is probably the most affordable place to live but has not so great areas. I would recommend living in the SW, NW or downtown I use rent faster to get in contact with buildings/renters. You can use that website and it will give you a rough estimate. You will probably have to get in contact with the building and then they will give you proper information on the applications etc :)

Yes, I also moved here back in 2021! So the rates have changed since then. Very competitive right now because everyone is moving here. and LOL YES
