The road at 4:43 is Webster Avenue which is in the Bronx, New York. Not anywhere in Texas.

I don't know where you are getting your information from but this video is film on location @ Galveston TX. I know this area like the back of my hand. Either, you're trying to stir a pot or you are clearly mistake some how.
