*AYE this where I'm from ! I go back every Christmas to visit family (: I recognized literally every place in this video and the funny thing is these are like the "pre hoods" if you will. The deeper you go the more run down things get sadly. The best and biggest mall in Juarez is plaza las misiones. that whole area is a shopping and eating center but keep going past it around 30 mins from it and that's where you'll find more hood areas with run down looking houses where people actually live. Basically the slums. That being said juarez is still a nice place to visit don't get it twisted, like any other place just be cautious and stick to the tourist areas if you're not familiar with it*

To all those people who commented that he went to Juarez hoods, these are not even close to the real hoods. The scenery is not he prettiest, but it certainly is not even close to the most dangerous parts of the city. Also, downtown Juarez is a place that has been almost economically abandoned for decades because the city's wealthy areas have now shifted to other places. in other words, downtown Juarez is not the most active/wealthy/attractive place in the city Additionally, the real hoods are located in the outskirts of the city, and downtown is not located in the outskirts. Lastly, the city is not a dangerous as it was in 2010.

Its because we mexicans have a gdp per capita of $22.000, we are not africa or India tier. The problem with germany is the weather, its always gray and rainy. Juarez is one of the most violent and poorest in mexico due the corruption and stupidity of our politicians. Out politicians never invested in remodelations and the people here are not native from juarez, they are all immigrants from south mexico ,central america and south america, they dont care to live in a clean and beautiful city, they dont have a sense of pride or permanency because they are not from here, they only wants our Jobs and money because juarez has a lot of Jobs thanks to american sweatshops.

1:34 see that small station on the left? It's a mass transit system that's been under construction since the previous administration since almost TWO YEARS AGO, meanwhile, you get to see the old, derelict school buses that have been used for like half a century for public transport.
@xavi4694

Daily reminder that the line 1 is not under construction,its now finished. The problem is that INTRA and the current mayor are corrupt and very useless. Nobody can buy brand new buses with AC ,wi fi and heater for the remodeled BRT-1 bus stations. The county's fair is more important, you know, Gloria Trevi and narcocorridos are the main need for the population.
