Thanks Andrei. One more con I would like to add is the presence of homeless people and drug addicts in the downtown area. It's really unfortunate to see such sight in the capital city of a first-world country. Their number has increased significantly in recent years. It's terrible.

Unfortunately, this is a complex issue in every city. The presence is greater in certain parts of downtown vs others, depending on where the shelters are located. That being said, there also needs to be a more organized approach on this topic. There are plans for further investment to tackle homelessness as well as how mental health crisis will be dealt with.
