Watching you visit the Las Vegas buffets and comparing them to Salty's and Goldfinch Tavern. The 2 Seattle buffets, blew Las Vegas away. The quality of the food, its presentation and the service you were given was top notch. When I used to visit Las Vegas, I always felt the buffets were overpriced and fell short on quality. I will definitely try to visit Seattle, and visit these to fine establishments. I really like your channel Tim, Thanks.

Another interesting buffet review. Always enjoy your videos Tim. This buffet looked great. Excellent ambience, a lot of great savoury appetisers and desserts. I rather like the idea of the entree being cooked to order, with steak being a good choice. As for those disputing use of the word "seafood"; to be fair the Goldfinch doesn't seem to use that word on the website. Rather it uses the words "Weekend Brunch". And to be fair to Tim there was smoked salmon, oysters, crab, and shrimp. All food looked fresh and of great quality.

Thanks Rich, this was a very nice find recommended by "Jess Everyday". They don't have a breakfast station nor carvery station like the traditional buffets, but the entree more than make up for it. Thanks again :-)

Hey Tim. Thanks for your reply yesterday. I've truly been enjoying your videos today. Not only are they really well done, from a production standpoint, but it's also so much fun to see the places I have been (and need to add to my list). Do you do production professionally? You seem to have a true handle on this, and really at ease in front of and behind the camera. I am primarily vegetarian, but enjoy fish, so I can always find something to please the pallet. And, OMG, was that creme brulee I saw flashing by????

Thanks again and greatly appreciated -- not a professional by any means but thank you for the complement :-) Very novice here and trying to figure out this filming/editing thing as I go along. I'm just using my cell phone and recently got one of those GoPro type cameras (a similar off-brand though). Had a nice tour around the Seattle area and I should have filmed that creme brulee; it was one of the best I've had; they had an orange custard at the bottom that i didn't get to show.
