I had the wonderful opportunity to take a trip to Seattle to meet with Lois, Catherine, Eddie and little Alfonso and also enjoy some of the great food there. From the world famous Breecher's Mac & Cheese and their grilled cheese sandwiches, to the famous Pike Place Chowders, I was in full tourist mode exploring the city an all Seattle has to offer.
