Downtown Toronto Rain (& Light Snow) Walk on December 4, 2020

A 4K downtown Toronto walk in the light rain and snow. I start out at the intersection of King and Yonge and explore Victoria Street, Dundas Square, Edward Street and find my way up to Queens Park Station. This was recorded in the morning of Friday, December 4, 2020 during the lockdown phase of the Coronavirus / Covid-19 pandemic.

Loved World's Biggest Bookstore. Was always a touchstone for me when visiting. Hard for me to walk out empty handed! Also remember too the many arcade halls. Once saw Kris Kristopherson striding solo on Yonge, and Madonna jogging amidst a throng of stout bodyguards.

Rain and snow walks are so relaxing! Thanks for showing some of the theatres. Old theatres are really cool. Missing that right now, even though I haven't really seen a show for several years now lol. I support the arts for sure. That is so cool you know someone who is a Broadway dancer! What have they been in? That bridge at 9:48 is cool connecting the buildings. It is pouring now here in MA. Also bet you will be at 30K by the end of this week!

Another walk in the rain Johnny the same kind of weather that I’m having at this time of the year all four seasons in half a hour as for the ☂️ the are fine as long as there’s no strong winds blowing don’t go blowing your money 💰 on a expensive one you’ll experience the same problem. I was hoping to see Ryan Reynolds’ ugly sweater fundraiser on Sick Kids. They made his ugly sweater a light display. Walking in a wind tunnel with an umbrella was not wise. I don’t think any umbrella could hold up to that wind, either a Dollarama or a $30 Amazon one. I still enjoyed the video, loved seeing the theatres. I saw Phantom at the Pantages, now Mirvish. Amazing show!!

I notice your rainy/snowy walks are affecting the camera lens video quality. Either making the video blurry or totally obstructed you cannot see anything until you wipe there lens. Are there any anti-fog lens or water resistance lens for your camera model?

I think the effect is minimal and you'll notice it happens to everyone who uses this camera for these videos. It's just something I'm going to deal with, never had a complaint on it before and there's no real solution available yet. If there were a lens cover to handle it I'd buy it. Cheers.
