thanks for visiting downtown Glen ellyn! it was one of my favorite downtowns to visit for my various sales jobs. i called on the grocery store mcchesney and miller for many years. i believe it sits abandoned now on crescent. if you're ever in the area check it out, i think its worth preserving. thanks again for all your great videos!

Glen Ellyn's downtown is cute, but it's long suffered since they insist on keeping "historic" buildings. The rents have always been high, which hinders business. It's arguable that the CBD has moved out to Roosevelt Road.

I thought Glen Ellen was a nice town I had my first date with my wife of 32 years in Glen Ellyn.
