Nice. That's a female Downy. I thought about getting the Squirrel Buster Plus recently. Actually, where I hang my feeders squirrels are not a problem, but I'd read that it's possible to adjust the spring tension of the weight closure mechanism so that larger bully birds (primarily Blue Jays and Grackles in my case) are excluded, whilst medium sized birds, such as Cardinals, can still feed. But I saw some videos showing that doesn't work in practice - Blue Jays can figure out a way to get at or shake out the seed by 'jumping' on the perch ring and Cardinals may not be able to access the seed if there are other (even smaller) birds on the feeder at the same time and the feeding ports close-down from their combined weight. High quality feeder though, albeit pricey.
