My sister and I were holding similar sessions in our teens, except instead of dowsing rods we used a needle and a thread on a sheet of white paper. Movements in a circle meant yes, and a side to side movement meant no. It didn’t work well with me, but my sister had 💯 results, maybe because she is a more emphatic and open person. To start, we were asking the spirit national history questions, to check if it’s legit. It was entertaining at first but with days passing, fright creeped up on us, as we finally understood that we didn’t know what we were dealing with. On the last time we felt that it was too much for our minds and even suspected that that entity was learning answers from our thoughts, hopes and feelings. We dropped that needle to never pick it up again.

That's what solar glow meditations does but she does more than that, if it's not a process your doing it wrong, if you just go straight into it your doing it wrong, you will get demons if you don't do it right even solar glow meditations talked to a demon once by accident she said in an earlier video, a demon is not a fallen angel btw it's a fae or jinn related entity that is extremely bitter and angry towards humans and hates us therefore is very dark.
