Make these tasty pork chops using only simple ingredients! They're perfect as a side dish or on their own.
With just a few ingredients, you can create a delicious and easy breakfast, lunch, or dinner!
Ingredients:
Pork chops - 3 pcs.
Salt and pepper

Mushrooms - 3.5 oz
Onion - 1 pc.
Tomato paste - 1 tbsp.
Cognac or brandy - 100 ml.
Heavy cream - 1 cup
Beef or chicken stock - 1 cup
Worcestershire sauce - 1 tbsp.
Yellow mustard - 1/2 tbsp.
Salt - 1/3 tsp.
Black pepper - 1/3 tsp.
Parsley
