Just in case people are *wondering* about what voices those sound effects come from when you earn the "Sound off ?" Badge, I'd say it's the Nintendo developers themselves who made the sound effects with their own voices to show how far they've come. Really amazing detail.

Easter Egg you missed: In piranha plants on parade, after going through the secret pipe to get to the secret exit, behind the poplin house on the regular exit, you will find a pipe formation which is a callback to 1-2 of Super Mario bros for the NES

Interesting… the “Sound Off” version of Yoshi extending his tongue says “ptooey” but the original sound effect in his own voice says “peron” which is an onomatopoeia for licking things in Japanese.

You missed 1 nice detail in the pirahna plant parade. Have you ever wondered where the plants came from in the foreground? There has to be a pipe right? Fortunately if you go to the secret exit after the parade, there are some set of vertical pipes which matches the location of said singing plants

Technically the red pipe that appears during the wonder flower segment is meant as a hint of the secret exit (foreground/background traversal via pipes are often denoted by red pipes in the foreground)

@sinteleon is quite an obscure hint but a hint nonetheless since the talking flower was curious about getting to the background scene. Shame that they didn't build more levels surrounding that concept besides being a secret route

Brief musical Easter egg I haven’t seen many people mention: The battleship stages use the airship music from the SMB1 game style in Super Mario Maker (which also gets used in Odyssey) There were a ton of things in this video that I didn’t see playing through the game! This was so fun to watch

It is also worth noting that the sound off badge makes the sounds similar to the jelly ar game created by walaber. I have no idea if nintendo intentionally made the sound off badge be a reference to that game, since jellycar is a game owned by an independent developer, although jellycar 2 was made for the wii with disney interactive studios. Oh, and in case you are wondering, walaber is the creator of where's my water, which had a jellycar easter egg on the credits screen if you had jellycar 3 installed. This was removed in version 1.18.3, possibly due to walaber no longer working at disney, or maybe because disney no longer had the rights to jellycar. Either way, the files are actually still in the game's files, and the java function to check if jellycar 3 was installed was only removed in version 1.18.8.

I do not, but through my playthrough I found that Yoshi can beat the game, but not 100%. There are a few levels which are actually impossible without being able to transform.

Well... What item they couldve used to indicate it? Theres only the 0.1 purple coin and that cant do much to show the player if its sharp or flat unless you go for top right for sharp and bottom right for flat and that still confuses things. So they had to resort of using the notes on neutral
