ANSWERED: How to Programme the Honeywell CM907 Thermostatic Control Unit

Wow seriously, I've been looking for this all over. None of the manufacturers websites or manuals show how to do this. Our thermostat decided to unpair and we couldn't pair it back up. Tried all sorts, then come across your video and it worked a charm. Took literally less than 2 min vs the whole week I've been trying to fix the problem. Im so pissed i never found this super easy method on any of the manuals, it just suggest calling your installer. Anyways thanks for the video.

Late to the party, but why when I've set all the timers on my programme and set it to auto does the heating come on anyway? I want the heating to come on at 6:30-8:30 and go off until 16:30-18:00 so i set this up and turn it to auto and the heating comes on? I'm losing the will with this device. Anyone help me out as this is ridiculous.

Once you have it programmed do you switch it over to Auto? And it'll automatically follow the set programme?

It can if it is connected to the right equipment to separate rooms. The thermostat itself only sends a signal on or off for something else to run.

There could be many reasons for the heating not going on. If there is a click the relay is sending a signal so it is more likely to be the boiler end. If there is no click the honeywell might be due to be replaced.

How do you sent the proportional band?

You can't change the proportional band (The amount of change between available temperatures) This thermostat has only 0.5C increments.

The "ok" button is not working. Can't change the time from 5.20am while it's actually past 2pm. Heating won't come on.

How do I know if it's am or pm? I can't see a sign or a way to change it to a 24hr clock

To the right of the time, there is a small AM or PM. There is no way of changing it to 24hours. I hope this helps.

I believe this model is for the Celsius market only. The 1..6 indicates you can cycle through the 6 segments of a single day.

Here’s what the slider switch functions are OFF - always on MANUAL - always off AUTO - always on through summer and between 3am and 5am, and when you are not home PROG - always off

I need help, I don't understand how to program. I want the thermostat starts at 6pm and stop the day after at 8am. Simply every day.

Think of the 1 - 6 as periods of the day that you must assign it something to do. In your scenario the earliest time of the day you want it to do something is 8am. So set period 1 as 8am at a really low temperature, so low that it won't come on. Then set period 2 - 5 at and other time at the same low temperature. This way it won't come on because it never gets to the temperature you need for it to trigger it to do so. Then at period 6 set it for 6pm at the temperature you want. Then copy that day and use it for all days. When in use the first time it will come on is at 6pm the next day, then as the day changes it will hit period 1 at a really low temperature and turn it off. Hope this helps.
