Or she was just super nervous and it was well before anyone was making these (I genuinely don't believe this was only 9 yrs ago) Also, no hate against Morgan (aka the tik tok/shorts Dairy Queen-Queen) but she's probably a LOT more pepped up at work because her parents own it. Not that she doesn't work hard, but she has a lot more job security and understanding bosses than the typical DQ employee.

I'd always wanted to work there but I never could because that place is obviously very cold, and I can't stand being cold for more than a few minutes. But mostly because I cannot stand touching ice or icy things like ice cream containers or what have you. My husband has to scoop my ice cream into a bowl for me because I can't even begin to touch the container. lol

Used a blade from the Duke SS machine as a spatula? Way to improvise! You do know you can order the cookie insert premade now or the whole cake rtu from your approved supplier? Doesn't make cent to do so unless you are selling a decent amount of them tho. Ditch the hair dryer tho. Use hot sanitary rags or if you chill the cardboard base along with the ring and then make it super fast you can de-ring it immediately and place it in your blast freezer. Just be sure it is not in a defrost cycle. Been doing this for 14+ years.

1 tub vanilla ice cream $12, 1 tub chocolate ice cream $12, 1 jar hot fudge $8, 1 box cake mix $5 (plus if it needs eggs or not). = $37 and to make more you'll need at least more fudge, so tack on a other $8 for 2 ice cream home made cakes. 1 ice cream cake = $20 Seems cheap when you do the math to eat something that feeds 10- 15 people/kids in 5 minutes compared to spending that much money to make it yourself in 3 hours.

Aiden Scribbles uhhh 1. a tub of ice cream, especially the amount that went into that cake, does not cost $12, more like $6.... 2. there is no cake in an ice cream cake? its just ice cream and cookie crunch (which they called cake crunch) which is in no way a cake, so no need for a box of cake mix (which also doesnt cost $5?) ....... there is no way a company is losing $17 per cake sale, the cost to make this cake is definitely less than the sale price, otherwise you wouldnt have a business.

use hot fudge there are recipes but its easier to just buy the hot fudge

Rumassa Orakzai 1 jar Smucker’s or Hershey’s hot fudge. For the crunchies- mix 1/2 a bottle of Smucker’s Magic Shell in processor with Oreo or Famous brand chocolate wafer cookies. Tastes just like Carvel ice cream cake!! 🎂
