I made this for my neighbors who's home got flooded with water and mud. So I put old Barbie dolls on the cake to decorate, carrying little pails. The cake represented the mud sludge they had to bail out of the basement from the flood and the Barbie her because she just had BOTOX done 5 months earlier.
