@@BoyLikesDolls oh yes!! When I was little Barbies we’re my everything haha! I had so many Barbie’s and I cherished each and everyone! Barbie’s and baby dolls! I didn’t play video games or watch much tv as a kid cause I was to busy story building with my dolls x big huggs! I always get excited when I see you pop a video on.

I remember seeing the commercials on TV for this Barbie doll an awful lot when it first came out. I recall seeing it in a Toys R Us ad (where they had coupons for toys of all kinds) that was like those catalogues that JCPenney gave out in the 1980s-1990s to have kids circle what they wanted for Christmas (as there was no such thing as online shopping back in the day) a similar Dr. Barbie, but she had three babies for her patients (not sure why). They seemed to have Barbie get all sorts of careers because there used to be an exhibit at The Strong Museum of Play in Rochester, New York that showed the history of Barbie, Barbie's rivals (Jem from the 1980s and Bratz from the 2000s...I really think Bratz dolls are ugly, and I believe you may have made this statement in one of the videos I've seen previously), some controversial Barbie dolls (such as the Happy Family Midge doll where she was pregnant and Teen Talk Barbie to name a few), and "Barbie Around the World" (a line of Barbie dolls that had Barbie wearing an outfit pertaining to the country...for instance, she wore a Can-Can dress for France, she wore a dirndl for Sweden, etc.). I had recently joined a group on Facebook called Dolls of the 50's, 60's, 70's, and 80's where I shared a few pictures of my American Girl dolls that I have in my collection. I loved the Tom & Jerry hoodie you're wearing in the video...I've been watching vintage cartoons on weekday and Saturday mornings on MeTV, a channel folks who get cable get.
