Im doing night shift for an US company. So I usually sleep at 6 A.M. and wake up at about 9.30 A.M to attend my university lectures @university of Sri Jayewardenapura. This is my life in weekdays. Scared but nothing else to do also. Money matters 🥲

I have been working as a medical scribe for a US health care provider past 1 year. Wanna share the things I follow when I do night shifts. 1. Drink plenty of water. Keep the body hydrated. 2. If working in front of a laptop buy a prescription glasses to prevent any abnormal vision. 3. Take adequate rest during the day. Keep your curtains closed. Maintain your room so that it looks darker and your brain adjusts its well a night. For some extent jk 😅 4. Hit the Gym. Do exercise minimum 30 mins a day. 5. Keep the routine same everyday. Ex if you eat breakfast around 11 am keep on doing the same routine. Your body will adjust to night shifts. Just need some patience and consistency Well we cant eliminate all the adverse effects but we can keep our body in control and minimize the risks.
