I come back and watch this channel with dr. Cox’ rants every so often. One of the best written shows I’ve had the pleasure of watching. Dr Cox is such an amazingly dynamic character, Bill Lawrence goes down in my book as a genius for giving us this show, and John C McGinley nailed the role. I still have all 9 seasons on dvd and even accidentally purchased season 3 twice (couldn’t remember if I had it so I panick bought it when I saw it at a store at the time I was trying to collect all the seasons). If anyone disagrees then you will have to feel the wrath of my mommy. No one steps on this precious flower

Dr. Cox or Dr. House? And..... GO!
@amalofoto9 жыл бұрын
First off, I love both shows (and I hate both a bit. I mean, the finale of House, season 7 is a freaking train wreck - or car/house wreck, to be precise. And the JD/Elliot on/off thing kinda puts me off scrubs, but overall, both shows are great.) Ok, so. I have to give Cox a point for having a great family - eventually. Also, he's not as much of an ass to everyone, particularly his patients as House, and he genuinely tries to teach his fellows stuff, and make them better people. House, on the other hand, is an ass to EVERYONE, and has very few moments where he shows that he cares. As for his relationships, he lets even fewer people into his life. (I blame Cuddy (or rather, the writers, because it was pretty OOC) for their breakup, they belong together imo) - and who knows what could have happened with Stacy, maybe they would have had kids or something if it were not for the infarction. But he's a very private man, definitely more so than Cox.
@amalofoto9 жыл бұрын
And then you have to consider their totally different medical backgrounds - House is THE best in his fields, which are very special. Cox is 'just' a doctor who treats pretty much everything, at a teaching hospital where he actually teaches med students who then go through with their careers. House has doctors who have already finished their schooling diagnose obscure diseases. Cox and his mentees treats 'normal, everyday' (or how House would phrase it: BORING) sicknesses. All in all, I can't pick a favorite. Just as I love both shows, I love both characters. Sorry for writing so much, I just recently re-binge-watched both shows. Correct me if something's wrong, both language and show-wise, I'm not a native English speaker. And what's your opinion? Fire away =)
