Man, Dr. D was someone I didn't know about until later in life. As a kid, it was all about Hogan, etc. I've watched a lot of videos on David Schultz and he has to be the most interesting man in pro wrestling and outside of it. To this day, he is still a better speaker and promo cutter than most of the people out there. From being in Vietnam to pro wrestling to a bounty hunter and everything in between, you could listen to his stories for hours. I ordered his book and had no clue about most of what was in it but it was one of the best reads entertainment wise in a very long time. Awesome to see him up there getting his dues, although they came way too late.

Now this was set a great video to watch. I was 9 years old in 1979 and just started watching wrestling. I have to give Dr D his props. Man he was so dedicated to his craft ,when he was wrestling and defended the business like his life depended on it. A True Blue, patriot of the business! I enjoyed watching SCSA more than anybody in wrestling but Dr. D was the OG. Nobody messed with him in or outta the business and if I was SCSA I still to this day wouldn't be saying much about him.
