That’s the opposite from my experience with companies. They are legally not required to report a crime on themselves, they are considered people with all the same rights after all. Not sure where people are getting this magical thought process people have to go to the police and incriminate themselves when they definitely do not. It’s hard to tell what TRULY happened. It is possible that he never knew it was a minor until after the inappropriateness started. It is possible that nothing ever happened at all involving a minor but Twitch banned him because he is a well known person who is having inappropriate conversations that broke community guidelines and rules on their platform. Or it very well could have been that higher ups at Twitch had issues with him in and did not want him to be on their platform and this allegation is a way to explain their reasoning. It is also well within the possibility for it to have been him talking to a minor and that of course is a major issue. Now, I personally don’t know anything about this story or the details within but from the outside looking in, until we see the actual messages and proof of what was said was to a minor, these is not much at all that can happen. Allegations are just that, allegations.

Doc was proven innocent of this a while back but I’m glad you’re still talking about this story JD as the consequences of those allegations still shows in his career. I’ve watched Doc for years and he is absolutely not the kind of person to do this. I know some will say “the ones who are least suspicious are the most likely to be guilty” or something similar but that’s just not true here. He made a stupid choice in cheating on his wife years ago but that’s irrelevant to this situation and I know he’d never do anything with minors

He admitted to having inappropriate conversations with minors he said he had no intentions of following through so in my mind there were discussions of meeting up. Of course once you get exposed there's always the i didn't have actual intentions but in my mind you wouldn't have entertained the conversations if you didn't have intentions of doing it in person. He still has an insane following so its like who's to say he's not still doing it. I just can't support him after hearing his response. They were mutual conversations that may have leaned inappropriately sometimes with minors. Its a minor and you're admitting to sexting with them. There's nothing else to say you did wrong and should have consequences for your actions. Just cause you're a streamer with a large following doesn't mean you shouldn't have to deal with your actions.
